About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. Acting as a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time position at the Hanford, California store. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
