About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. The role serves as a sales lead, regularly interacting with customers and guiding the store team in delivering customer service. The assistant manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps execute store operating practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 1405-Woodcreek Center in Algonquin, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
