About The Position

Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Retail Assistant Manager, supporting operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail showroom. The role combines leadership on the sales floor with oversight of back-end operations, logistics, and team development. You will support store performance, drive operational goals, and help execute The Bob’s Way. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
