About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. In this sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the team in delivering customer service. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at the Creekside Town Center store in Roseville, California; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
