About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role helps develop strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, supports accurate and efficient execution of maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, part-time evergreen requisition for future hiring needs at the Yorkville, Illinois store; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.
Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
