About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at Store 1858-Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $16.00–$16.96, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
