About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 2293 in Lakewood, Washington. The posting is an evergreen requisition used to build a candidate pipeline; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as positions become available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
