About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The position is regular, part-time, at the Hazel Dell Marketplace maurices store in Vancouver, Washington. The hourly pay range is $17.52–$18.58, depending on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. maurices provides early access to earnings through PayActiv. Requirements
