About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. The role strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time position at the Kandi Mall maurices store in Willmar, Minnesota. The posting is an evergreen requisition used to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.
Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
