About The Position

At maurices, the Retail Assistant Manager helps supervise a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and guides the store team in delivering excellent service. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a regular, part-time position at Store 1436 in Northglenn, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $17.07–$18.09 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location, subject to applicable minimum-wage requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
