About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists with supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. In this sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and guides the store team in delivering customer service. The role also involves developing strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, accurately and efficiently following maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at the maurices store in Vinter Square Shopping Center in Richland, Washington. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
