About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. In a sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 2183 in Park Place Promenade, Visalia, California. The hourly pay range is $17.50–$18.62, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
