About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 1755-Stadium Center in Manteca, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition intended to build a pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.

• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
