About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes developing strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1390-Southpark Mall in Moline, Illinois. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and hiring needs may vary. This is a regular, part-time position with an hourly pay range of $15.55 to $15.97. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. The company also provides early access to earnings through PayActiv.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.

Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
