About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable customer shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering customer service. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at the maurices store in Spokane Valley Mall, Spokane, Washington. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
