About The Position

As a Retail Ambassador at Rothy’s, you represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values in every interaction. The role focuses primarily on building meaningful customer connections and driving sales through service, while supporting a welcoming and inclusive store culture. You will also help with limited operational tasks to keep the store well-maintained and running smoothly. Customer experience accounts for 90% of the role, and operational excellence accounts for 10%.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
Passion for service and motivation to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
Availability to work at least 16 hours per week: either 3 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days (Monday through Thursday).
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 lbs.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, and stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools.
Ability to follow the dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.

Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer through excellent service, brand presentation, communication, and product expertise.
Drive personal sales results and contribute to team goals.
Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices.
Promote a positive, inclusive, service-driven store culture through collaborative, team-focused behavior.
Complete assigned daily operational tasks accurately, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, store organization, and cleanliness.
Follow store operations, policies, procedures, and SOPs to support operational excellence and compliance.
