This role involves reconciling various account types, verifying reported data against store documentation, and correcting any discrepancies. The coordinator will also report unusual activity, verify out-of-tolerance levels with retail locations, and maintain communication with stores regarding procedures and paperwork changes. Additionally, the position requires training coworkers, answering calls and emails from retail locations, and researching requested paperwork items.
