About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor helps drive store sales by providing strong customer service and explaining merchandise to customers. The role supports store sales goals and profit plans, maintains brand-enhancing store standards that create a positive customer experience, and assists with overall store operations and protection of company assets. The supervisor contributes as a team player, helping grow the store and brand while providing constructive and positive feedback to colleagues.

The role requires retail, customer service, and inventory-control experience; excellent selling skills; accuracy and efficiency at point of sale; accountability; and familiarity with POS systems. A high school diploma or GED is required. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and the ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
• Ability to drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.
