About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor helps drive store sales through strong customer service and merchandise knowledge. The role supports store sales goals and profit plans, maintains brand-enhancing store standards, assists with overall store operations, and protects company assets. The supervisor contributes as a team player, helping grow the store and brand while providing constructive, positive feedback to colleagues.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Physical duties include standing and moving around the store, lifting or pushing products weighing up to 35 pounds, and using a ladder.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
• Ability to drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
