About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor supports store sales and operations by delivering strong customer service, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards, and helping achieve store sales goals and profit plans. The role helps protect company assets and contributes as a team player, supporting store and brand growth while providing constructive, positive feedback to colleagues. The position requires retail, customer service, and inventory-control experience; strong selling and point-of-sale skills; and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. The role involves standing and moving around the store, lifting or pushing products weighing up to 35 pounds, and using a ladder.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control.
Excellent selling skills.
Knowledge of a point-of-sale system to ring up sales.
Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.
