Essity is looking for an experienced Resupply Planner who will lead daily replenishment (both for own produced Finished Goods and Bought In Finished Goods) needed to cover the Demand across the Network of Distribution Centers and considering the lead times and any potential exception. Requirements

Min. 1 year of experience in Supply Chain
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Can adapt between detailed and global views.
Adaptability and ability to multi-task.
Be able to work and develop in ambiguity.
Excellent team player.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous.
Excel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily replenishment of all Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) (for finished goods and merchandise) via APO system covering Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand, respecting lead times and managing incidences.
Create/use the Information-to-Market (ITM) list and collaborate with others to take actions and ensure maximum fulfilment of all customer orders.
Manage interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports with Warehouse Excellence (WHEx).
Contribute to the fulfilment of KPIs set for Replenishment Planning (e.g. service level root cause analysis (RCA), order completeness, TLB coverage).
Contribute to the quarterly safety stock review.
Provide information and supports when needed to phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) activities and projects.
May deal with customs clearing.
