About The Position
The Restorative Safety RN provides nursing care to residents at a long-term care facility. The role includes monitoring residents’ health, responding to changes in their condition, collaborating with physicians, CNAs, and care teams, and helping ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday on the first shift.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Passion for elderly care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams.
- Help ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
