About The Position
White Oak Manor Shelby is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Safety/Restorative role at its long-term care facility in Shelby, North Carolina. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday, first-shift position. The RN will provide nursing care to residents, monitor their health, respond to changes, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams to help ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for. The role offers experience in long-term and geriatric care within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Passion for elderly care.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams.
- Help ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
