About The Position
White Oak Manor Shelby is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Safety/Restorative RN at its long-term care facility in Shelby, North Carolina. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday, first-shift position. The RN will provide nursing care to residents, monitor their health, respond to changes, and work with physicians and care teams to support residents’ safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Passion for elderly care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams.
- Help ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
