Signature Rehab is dedicated to providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis. Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program and is currently recruiting a Restorative Nurse to lead this new program.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
- One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.
Responsibilities
- Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
- Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
