About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of McCreary County Rehab & Wellness Center is a 60-bed facility offering services from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company providing integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services.

The Restorative Nurse leads the restorative nursing program at the facility as part of Signature Rehab. The role focuses on restorative procedures that maximize residents’ existing abilities, encourage independence, and minimize the effects of disability. The position works under the supervision of a restorative nurse and may assist with admissions at the building as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight-hour day shifts, with occasional weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One to three years of related experience.
• Recognize residents’ needs, such as range-of-motion exercises and ambulation limitations.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.
