About The Position

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join its Restorative Care team at a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on providing residents with care that supports their physical, emotional, and social well-being, helping enhance their quality of life in a warm and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• One year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff and physicians.
• Assist residents with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
• Help monitor and document vital signs.
• Participate in care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
