Join BGC Okanagan as a Restorative Justice Worker! The BGC Okanagan Youth Restorative Justice Program is an approach that seeks to repair harm caused by a youth’s actions, through reconciliation with the person harmed and others affected. To achieve this, the youth must take responsibility for their actions and voluntarily agree to participate in the program. In collaboration with the Program Coordinator, the Restorative Justice Worker will oversee participant files by receiving, screening, processing, and closing cases, while providing individualized support to youth, families, and victims participating in the Youth Restorative Justice Program. This is a temporary role until March 31, 2027.
