Requirements

Valid driver's license
Able to lift and move 25–50 pounds
Comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawl spaces, attics, and other job-site environments
Willing to participate in the emergency mitigation on-call rotation
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, automotive, warehouse operations, moving, hospitality, or property management
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Extract water and mitigate water damage
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
Assist with fire and smoke cleaning
Perform microbial remediation
Assist with vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
Perform structural board-up and site stabilization
Clean and restore affected areas
Maintain equipment and job sites
Document work through moisture logs, progress reports, safety logs, and diagrams
Work directly with customers during difficult situations
