About The Position
Dry Force is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time position. This role involves removing, replacing, and repairing water-damaged materials and handling issues caused by water damage. Technicians are the primary point of contact for clients after a traumatic event, requiring good customer service skills and a willingness to help others.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to Pass a Drug Screen
- Clear Criminal Background
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
Nice To Haves
- No Experience Required - Willing to Train
Responsibilities
- Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
- Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
- Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
- Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
