Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with team members to execute fire remediation services.
Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and improve performance.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
Assist in estimating project costs and preparing reports for management.
