About The Position

SERVPRO of North Mobile County is hiring a Restoration Supervisor. As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help commitment by coordinating, monitoring, and performing project work to fulfill service needs and provide a positive customer experience. The role involves coordinating production processes, supervising restoration technicians, maintaining project documentation, managing labor and supplies, and communicating project progress and issues. The position also includes promoting job safety, properly managing equipment and materials, and coaching and training technicians.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (preferred).
IICRC certification (a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, which is tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate project progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff.
Communicate and follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Protect and properly use equipment and materials.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
