About The Position

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. The role coordinates, monitors, and performs project work to fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. The supervisor oversees production processes and restoration technicians, maintains quality and accurate job documentation, manages project labor and consumables, and communicates progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff. The position also includes responsibility for job safety, equipment and material stewardship, and coaching and training technicians.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate project progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff.
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Manage assets by protecting and properly using equipment and materials.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
