About The Position

The Restoration Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management role leads the team toward operational excellence. The position involves managing active restoration work, coordinating crews and resources, maintaining customer and client satisfaction, and managing production expenses. SERVPRO of North Mobile County is seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to help repair and restore homes and businesses.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
• Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• IICRC certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scopes and estimates.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure client requirements and billing processes are followed.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, tracked through online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
