About The Position

SERVPRO of Wilson County is hiring a Restoration Production Manager to join the Restoration Revolution! This role involves managing the customer experience, providing priority response, developing scopes of work, negotiating project approvals, scheduling crews, coordinating restoration services, documenting job files, maintaining communication, managing expenses and assets, overseeing safety, and training personnel. The position also requires continued development of leadership, management skills, and restoration expertise. Other tasks may be required by the employer.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Industry certifications - IICRC - WRT, ASD, FSRT
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Provide priority response to potential customers.
Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Production/Restoration expenses.
Manage equipment and materials (assets).
Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
Manage and train Production/Restoration personnel.
Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
