Requirements
- Leadership experience managing field teams or operations
- Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience tracking performance metrics and improving efficiency
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Comfortable using scheduling and operations software
Nice To Haves
- Restoration, construction, or service industry experience preferred
