About The Position
The Food Service Team Member position typically involves a variety of duties centered around providing excellent customer service, preparing food, maintaining a clean store, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a friendly and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Must be 17 or older.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, and provide suggestions.
- Prepare menu items according to established standards, handling ingredients and following food safety protocols.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and assist with training.
- Restock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
