About The Position

Restaurant cashiers help deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer customers additional sales opportunities.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations such as a sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
