Restaurant Team Member
About The Position
Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help ensure high-quality food service. Team members maintain a clean and sanitized work area and prepare customer orders safely at kitchen stations such as sandwich lines, fry stations, and grills. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires moving and lifting 25 pounds or more and working in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer customers additional sales opportunities.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, including sandwich-making lines, fry stations, and grill stations.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
