About The Position
Restaurant Team Members help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They provide efficient and friendly service, maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately process payments, and help ensure high-quality food service. No previous experience is required; training is provided. Team members may be cross-trained in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The role requires the ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, such as sandwich-making, fry, or grill stations, depending on the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
