RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads while cross-training and working at multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill. Team members are expected to connect with guests and contribute to a hospitable, upbeat experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $19.29–$25.00 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly.
