Are you a master of creating unforgettable dining experiences? As the Restaurant Supervisor, you're the orchestra conductor of the dining room! You’ll lead a harmonious symphony of waitstaff, bussers, and hosts to ensure every meal is a standing ovation. From making sure the tables are dressed to perfection to coordinating a flawless dance between the kitchen and front-of-house, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero turning every dinner service into a five-star performance. Who Are We Looking For? We need someone with the charm of a host, the precision of a top chef, and the leadership skills of a ship captain. The ideal candidate is: A natural people person—you can juggle guest requests, staff needs, and maybe even the odd plate (though we don’t recommend it). A dining room visionary—you see beyond the food to create an atmosphere that makes every member feel like royalty. A problem-solving pro—whether it’s a seating snafu or a special dietary request, you can handle it with grace. A team motivator—you’ll be the one rallying the troops, keeping spirits high, and making sure every service feels like a celebration. If you’ve got a passion for service, a knack for leadership, and the ability to turn a dining room into a stage, we’d love to have you at the helm!
