About The Position
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the front of the house. This role involves providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel, hiring and training employees, and implementing ideas to improve service efficiency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a great dining experience and leading a team to achieve this goal.

- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serve
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent

- College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
Responsibilities
- Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
- Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
- Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
- Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
