About The Position

Assures the highest level of food and beverage service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Supervises the serving activities at the Blue Mermaid Restaurant through their daily routines. Ensures quality control and customer satisfaction through training team members and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

Minimum two years of increasingly responsible supervisor/food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is desired.
Requires ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction.
