Requirements

• A keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience from the first greeting to closing the check.
• Comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time.
• Pride in organizational and time management skills.
• Enjoy working during primetime, during evenings and weekends when we are at our peak.

Responsibilities

• Working with our restaurant staff to ensure the delivery of excellent service in accordance with our high standards.
• Working with our culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to achieve Conrad Hilton's vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by conducting table touches, assisting staff needs.
• Training, guest satisfaction, menus and promotions.
• Supervise employees to support them in delivering service excellence.
