The Whitewater 360 Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role leads associates on the floor, promotes high service standards, and supports revenue and profitability goals. The Supervisor fosters a positive team environment, ensures food quality and safety, and remains actively engaged with guests and staff throughout service periods. This is a hands-on supervisory role. Administrative duties are limited; the Supervisor is expected to spend the majority of the shift on the floor supporting service operations.
