Restaurant Supervisor
About The Position

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee the restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. Assist with shift operations as needed, as Server or Bartender to maintain needs of the guest during shift. You will be responsible for training and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Innisfree Hotels will invest in you, if you invest in you. Requirements
- Experience as a Server or Bartender.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
