About The Position

Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks. Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job. Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant. Reports any safety or health concerns. Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs. Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in upscale casual table service restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in table service style restaurants, including training and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks like coaching staff in service standards, staff development, and ability to drive positive customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-energy environment; basic math skills essential.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking. (6-8 hours a day)
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing/writing, and operating tools and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Job entails bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10--25 pounds as needed.
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods.
