About The Position

The Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Mystic, CT. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth workflow among staff to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain consistent standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address issues or concerns.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve overall service quality.
