About The Position

Oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth shift execution, and consistent standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role leads the team during service, supports training, resolves guest concerns, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in restaurant as supervisor/management required
  • Demonstrates interpersonal sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to stand entire shift
  • Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Simple arithmetic

Responsibilities

  • Deliver internal and external guest service the Skytop way, going above and beyond
  • Supervise and support servers, bartenders, bussers and hosts during service
  • Monitor floor service, guests flow, reservations and table turns
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service, health standards and sanitation
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members on service standards and menu knowledge
  • Supports management team
  • Keys, cash handing and inventory
